Total captured revenue through the cascade, gross of refunds. Refunds within the same billing cycle net out.
Yes. Upgrade any time — proration handled at the next invoice. Downgrade takes effect at the next cycle.
Flat monthly + 1% is the floor. If you do $2K in a Starter month, the bill is $199 + $20 = $219.
Only if we fail to go live within 5 business days from receiving your gateway keys. Otherwise it is a one-time setup fee.
