US payment processor and ISO partner program: keep your merchants when they move to Shopify.

American ISOs and agents place merchants with acquirers every day and hand them an NMI or Authorize.net login. Then the merchant opens a Shopify store, finds neither the acquirer nor the ISO's gateway in the settings, and the residual you built disappears into Shopify Payments. This page is for US partners who want that to stop.

The US landscape, as it affects your merchants

What the connection gives a US ISO

1

Your gateway on Shopify and WooCommerce

The merchant's store stays where it is. The checkout runs on their subdomain with your NMI, Authorize.net or proprietary gateway behind it. Orders write back into the store.

2

Onboard from your own console

Register the merchant, capture the gateway credentials, verify their domain, run a test order, go live. Your team, your merchant list, your prefix on every store id.

3

Backup MID as a route

Place a second MID for the merchant and it becomes the failover route, so a decline on the first acquirer is a rotation rather than a lost sale or a re-presentment.

How a US partnership usually runs

  1. You bring one merchant who is on Shopify today with a gateway Shopify does not list.
  2. We connect the gateway in sandbox, then live, with 3-D Secure where the acquirer requires it and AVS and CVV results passed through.
  3. The merchant's checkout goes live on their subdomain within two working days of credentials.
  4. Your team onboards the next merchants directly through the console.

Terms are agreed in the conversation, not on a page, and depend on volume and on whether you want the console under your brand.

Frequent questions

Can an ISO offer Shopify merchants a gateway Shopify does not list?

Yes, through a checkout on the merchant's own domain that runs the gateway and writes orders back into Shopify. That is what the partnership delivers.

Does this work with NMI and Authorize.net?

Yes. Both are integrated, and proprietary gateways with a documented API can be added.

Do we keep our residuals?

Your acquiring relationship with the merchant is unchanged. Processing continues to run through your gateway and sponsor bank.

What about ACH and e-check?

They can be added as routes in the same checkout where your provider supports them.

Bring one merchant you cannot place on Shopify today.

We walk through the connection on a call or in writing, sandbox first. Commercial terms are discussed in that conversation, not on a pricing page.

CascadeCheckout is checkout software, not a payment service provider, bank or merchant-account seller. You contract with your own gateway or acquirer, disclose your real business category to them, and receive payouts from them. We never hold funds and we do not promise that any processor will approve you.
