White-label checkout: your gateway, your merchant's brand, on Shopify and WooCommerce.

"White-label payment gateway" usually means renting someone else's processing under your name. This is the other half: a checkout layer your gateway can put in front of merchants, carrying the merchant's brand, running on the merchant's domain, writing orders into the merchant's Shopify or WooCommerce store, with your processing underneath. Here is what it includes and what it deliberately leaves to you.

What white-label means here

Merchant brand on the merchant host. Title, logo, favicon, colours and copy resolve from the merchant's checkout domain. No CascadeCheckout name on a merchant's checkout.
Your name where you want it. The merchant console and onboarding can carry your brand for the merchants you bring.
Your rails underneath. Cards and local methods through your API, settlement through your acquiring, disputes through your notifications.
Their store untouched. Shopify or WooCommerce keeps catalogue, cart, apps and orders; only the payment step moves.

What is included

Hosted checkout

Single page, localised, mobile-first, with the gateway's tokenised card fields and any local methods you expose. 3-D Secure redirect handled.

Order write-back

Paid orders created in Shopify through the Admin API or in WooCommerce through the REST API, with line items, buyer, address, shipping, discounts and tags.

Onboarding

Merchant self-serve or partner-led: domain verification, credential capture, KYC handoff, status, test order, go-live. Details.

Reconciliation

Captures, refunds and chargebacks matched to orders by webhook or scheduled polling, with a per-merchant ledger.

Tracking

Meta, TikTok and GA4 events plus server-side conversions on the checkout domain, so merchants keep attribution.

Failover

Where a merchant holds more than one processor, routes with automatic retry on soft declines.

How it is built, for the people who will ask

Gateway calls are made server-side with signed requests; the browser receives an iframe or hosted component and one session call. No API map or processor identity in the client bundle.
Credentials are held per merchant, encrypted, and rotated without redeploying anything.
Each merchant is a separate tenant: own host, own credentials, own store record. A suspended merchant fails on its own calls only.
Card data never reaches our servers or the merchant's platform; the gateway's hosted fields keep everyone at the lightest PCI scope.
Platform settings live in a database, not in deployment configuration, so onboarding a merchant is a write, not a release.

Is this a white-label payment gateway?

No. It is a white-label checkout that runs your gateway. Processing, settlement and underwriting stay with you.

Will merchants see the CascadeCheckout brand?

Not on their checkout domain. Branding resolves per merchant host. Console branding for your merchants is part of the partner conversation.

Which platforms does it write orders into?

Shopify and WooCommerce today; any platform that can create an order through an API can be connected.

How is card data handled?

By your gateway's hosted fields or components. Neither our servers nor the merchant's store touch card numbers.

You contract with your own gateway or acquirer, disclose your real business category to them, and receive payouts from them. We never hold funds and we do not promise that any processor will approve you.
